The Certificate III in Micro Business Operations will provide you with an outstanding qualification. Graduates of this course can look forward to working in business including your own. This certificate could open many doors for you across a wide range of business outlets.

Why FACTS?
(FACTS) provides up to date information about courses and course content. FACTS allows the students to learn at a pace that is conducive to them. The trainer or facilitator has many years experience in the industry along with teaching and learning. FACTS provides Competency Based Training (CBT) which means that each unit is assessed independently of the others. There are 10 units all together to form the Certificate III Micro Business Operations.

Forms of Assessment.
Each unit is separate but very closely related to each other, and together they form the Certificate III Micro Business Operations. All units are assessed through workbooks, classroom activities and group activities.

Pathways
Once you have completed the Certificate III Micro Business Operations, you can then consider whether you want to go on to the Certificate IV in Small Business Management or you can go further to University.

What does the course involve?
This course provides the learner with the basic knowledge and skills required to perform in a Micro Business. You will explore many forms of learning. You will learn about business proposals, customer service and financial records.

Length of course.
The Certificate III Micro Business Operations is considered on-campus part-time. The course will take approx 3-4 months to complete. There is a workbook for each unit of competency

Payment Plan.
At FACTS we are able to offer the participant a flexible payment plan. The course only can be paid off over a 4 month period.

BSBCUS301A – Deliver and monitor a service to customers.

BSBFIA301A – Maintain fiancial records.

BSBHRM402A – Recruit, select and induct staff.

BSBINN301A – Promote innovation in a team environment.

Completion of the course.
On successful completion of this course each participant will receive a Certificate III Micro Business Operations.

How do I enroll.
All applicants who wish to enroll in the Certificate III Micro Business Operations must contact F.A.C.T.S on (03) 52 486055 and ask for a brochure to be sent out. You can also come out to F.A.C..TS which is located at 61 Leather Street Breakwater 3219 Geelong and pick up a brochure and fill it out there and then. If you received a brochure in the mail, then, once you have filled out the ‘sign me up now form’, send it back to F.A.C.T.S.

What Happens Next?
Once F.A.C.T.S. receives your ‘sign me up now form’ and we will then send you out a letter as to when the proper enrolment will be and what you need to bring with you on that day. This letter will be sent to you once we have the Vetassess results.
