The following information is provided to advise you of the policies and procedures of FACTS and also to ensure that your learning experience is positive and eventful for you.
It is advisable that the participant brings a diary, note pad and pen to each session.

| 1. Refunds |
|
Written requests for refunds must be 5 working days prior to
commencement of class for a refund, minus $150.00 withdrawal fee. No
refunds apply once classes have commenced. Ten working days should
be allowed for refund cheques to be processed. Refunds of fees is
available if classes are cancelled by FACTS, or if a class
commencement is postponed by more than 4 weeks unless alternative
arrangements can be made).
Qualifications will not be issued until all financial commitments
to FACTS have been met.

| 2. Insurance |
FACTS holds public liability
insurance. Costs for other medical expenses incurred in the course of
classes, is to be the responsibility of the participant. Participants are not permitted to use any equipment without first
having been instructed in the use of that equipment and have permission
to do so.

| 3. Smoking |
Smoking is not permitted within any
of the buildings used by FACTS. A smoking area is provided outside
the building. |
| 4. Childcare |
FACTS is unable to provide childcare
of any kind whilst courses are being conducted.

| 5. Mobile Phones |
Participants are asked to turn all
mobile phones off prior to class.
|
| 6. Certificates – Statements
of Attainments |
Certificates and qualifications will be issued upon
successful completion of all accredited courses. Full qualifications
policy available upon request.

| 7. Car Parking |
Please use designated area out the
front of FACTS.
