My name is Karen Gallagher and I am employed by FACTS where my role includes training students in the Certificate IV in Pathology Specimen Collection, Trainee Liaison, as well as promoting FACTS as a Health Training organisation.

I am a Registered Nurse Division 1 and have been working as a nurse both in clinical care settings and in education for over ten years.

During this time I have gained experience in many facets of acute care, community health nursing and Phlebotomy. I have held various senior nursing positions and have actively pursued my own education and professional development.

My postgraduate certificates include Certificate IV in Assessment & Workplace Training, Certificate III and IV in Pathology Specimen Collection along with certificates in acute care.
